Hi my name is Vanessa and

Hi my name is Vanessa and i've been a vegetarian for 9 yrs, You have to look at foods on the interent or talk to a nutrionist is best, but lentils, "fake meat products", peanut butter and eggs are just some examples. People are pretty rude meat doesn't even have alot of protein as other legumes and soy products do. There is more protein in a veg burger than real and you can get ones that just taste like the real thing just got to taste test several products until you find what you like. Please don't let people harrass you, just say at least i don't take part in slaughtering unneeded animals just so i can have something taste good for a meal.
Hope i've helped.

They have dry pea, so cheap and good protein than eggs.

I soak pea or soy bean(need warmer temperture), then drain water next day

Try to sprout them as much as your can, then cook them in low fire in oil, then add water soaked Shi Ta Ki mushroom from Asian grocery... or put water soaked sea kelp from Chinese shop...

I wouldn't get to concerned

I wouldn't get to concerned about your protein intake. You only need 2 percent of your daily intake to be from it. I would suggest reading, "The Vegetarian Handbook" by Gary Null. It outlines the amount of protein one needs daily :)
